About the Traveler's Teahouse
Our Tea Philosophy
Over the course of 4,000 years, from pre-dynastic China to modernity, tea has been the enduring symbol of hospitality, peace, wellness, & leisure. Tea has also been used a crucial tool for meditation for hundreds of years in Eastern monastic culture. Therefore, we believe that tea serves as a bridge between physical & metaphysical, introspection & expansion, and as a vehicle of earthly comfort.
Nepali Tea
Nepal, situated in the heart of the Himalayan Mountains, is a lesser known, but growing contributor to world tea cultivation. Directly from the birthplace of Buddha, Nepali tea brings to light the treasured and delicate tastes of the region, reaching enlightenment of all five senses. Traveler's Teahouse aims to shine a green spotlight on this country in order to help bring their tea to the palates and hearts of a bigger audience.
Traveler's Teahouse pledges to donate 10% of monthly earnings to the Nepal Tea Foundation. Their mission is to holistically empower Nepali youth and prepare them for employment through education. Feel free to learn more on their website.

At the Traveler's Teahouse, we offer various spiritual services that integrate tea & mindfulness. Among these options are: Tarot Readings, Tea Leaf Readings, Integrated Energy Therapy Sessions, and Tea Meditations. Sessions can be customized to fit your needs. About John
Inspired by teahouse visits while trekking Nepal in 2018, John intentionally developed the idea of a tea-centric spiritual service hub, now known as Traveler's Teahouse. He has dedicated his professional life to be a licensed Tea Specialist, Tea Leaf Reader, Tarot Advisor, and Integrated Energy Practitioner. As such, he aims to make tea accessible to all in a comprehensive spiritual practice, teaching others to access their psychic potential and to expand awareness of profound paths of healing.
